He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Moore Boles and Steven Caldwell Moore (Michele); his granddaughters, Leslie Boles Angerer (Brett), Sarah Boles Anderson (Drew), Meredith Raye Moore and Katherine Caldwell Moore; and his great grandchild Luke Caldwell Angerer.
