She was predeceased by: her parents, James H. Douglas, Sr. and Estelle Larsen; her sister Ann Wells; and her son James F. Adams, Sr.. She is survived by: her siblings, James H. Douglas, Jr., Larsene Sheffield (Chester) and Erica Bilsky (Stuart); her daughter-in-law Patricia L. Adams; her grandsons, James F. Adams, Jr. (Kimberly) and Christopher E. Adams (Ashley); and her great grandchildren, Conner Adams, Weston Adams and Granger Adams. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Cancer Wellness Foundation.
