She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert J. "Bob" Prowse and Mildred "Milly" Prowse; and her brother John. She is survived by: her husband Col. James S. Willoughby; her children, Thomas Butterfield (Sharon), John Butterfield (Laura) and Adriane Duvall (Paul); and her stepsister Faith Goodwin.
