He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph "Bubber" Albert Wade Sr. and Ann Wright Wade; and his daughter Eve Shanna Wade of Birmingham. He is survived by: his wife Nan Riley Wade; and his siblings, Wright Wade, Ann Eatman and Beth David.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. John's Episcopal Church in memory of Al Wade.
