He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Scanlan and Mildred Scanlan. He is survived by: his wife Maurite Scanlan; his children, Jeanine Hughes (David), Greg Scanlan (Mary Anne) and John Scanlan (Sharon); his grandchildren, Justin Hughes (Grace), Brandon Hughes (Abby), Nathan Hughes, Haley Rogers (Blake) and Luke Scanlan; his great grandchildren, Luke, Wyatt Rogers and Bryce Hughes; and his siblings, Robert Scanlan (Shirley), James Scanlan (Sharon), Donald Scanlan (Linda) and Mary Ann Wilson.
