He is survived by: his children, Pepper Worthington Tittsworth (Travis), John Cody Worthington (Crystal) and Jean Goodson Worthington; his grandchildren, Tristin, Trayton, Tanner, Bella and Ty; and his brothers, Ralph Jr. "Rick", Richard and Steve. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
