It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Michael Higgins Sr. (Montgomery, Alabama), who passed away on April 18, 2021, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom and Eloise; and his sister Nancy Higgins. He is survived by: his wife Melanie; his children, Magan (Zach Gramling) and John Michael Higgins, Jr. (Lauren); his grandchildren, Oliver, Ellie and John Trotter; and his brothers, Tom Higgins (Bonnie), Neal Higgins (Marlea) and Mark Higgins (Pam).
Memorial service will be Saturday, May 1st at 11am at Cramton Bowl Municipal Sports Complex at 1022 Madison Ave, Montgomery AL. (Masks are required per Covid precautions).
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting that donations be made to: Brantwood Children's Home at 1309 Upper Wetumpka Road Montgomery, AL 36107 in hope of continuing to assist young people.
