He is survived by: his wife Fran Hardwich Jones; his daughter Kelton Morris (Harrison); his children-in-law, John Longshore (Alice) and Leah Hanna Jones; and his grandchildren, Katter Longshore, Lucie Longshore Vogtle (Hays), Thomas, Fran, Jacque Morris, Lauren, John Allen Jones V, Weldon Johnson (Davis), Emelyn Cox (Bobby) and Anna Sanford Boan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
