It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jason Daniel McDonald (Montgomery, Alabama), who passed away on July 26, 2021, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Norris, Mary Huie and Gene. He is survived by: his parents, Danny McDonald and Cynthia Huie McDonald (Cindy); his sister Alicia McDonald Smith (Kevin); his son Grayson Daniel McDonald; and his nieces, Clara and Zelda Smith. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Eastmont Baptist Church Missions Fund.

“I had the opportunity of traveling with Jason when he sang with Spoken For. He was such a joy to be around. Will never forget when they sang Midnight Cry in WV and there was a man in the audience who blew a horn. Jason said his blood sugar was a little low and he was close to passing out when he heard that horn and thought “oh Lord! That’s the trumpet.. Jesus is coming back!”. You will be greatly missed my friend.”
