We are sad to announce that on September 3, 2024, at the age of 84, Janice Lillian Cocking (Montgomery, Alabama), born in Acushnet, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Gordon Cocking; and her daughter Linda Joyce Cocking McIlwain. She is survived by: her children, Donna Elaine Cocking Baldwin (Billy), Robert Alan Cocking (Elizabeth) and Mary Elizabeth Cocking McKee (Mark); her grandchildren, Lindsey Paoletto Dawson (Wynne), Lesley Paoletto Lee, Lacey Paeletto Hooper (Ally), Ashley Baldwin Hanger (Chase), Trey Baldwin (Tara), Jessica Cocking Gurlaskie (Tripp), Laura Beth Cocking, Lauren McKee Mendoza (Andrew), Christopher McKee and Shannon McKee; and her great grandchildren, Liam Dawson, Zoe Dawson, Will Kaye, Autumn Kaye, Tyleigh Lightsey, Rider Lightsey, Lily Lee, Ben Lee and Lucy Lee.

The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
