He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Allen Webb (Nikki) and Jaime Webb Conger (John); his grandchildren, Nancy Katheryne Webb Graham (Nicholas), Vivian Jean Conger and Henry Matthews Conger; his great grandchild Nancy Adeline Rose Graham; and his brother Alpheus Braxton Webb Jr. (Nini).
