She was predeceased by: her former husband Eugene Frank Day; her husband Leslie Ernest Howard; her parents, Aaron Hugh Causey Sr. and Lois Whitman Causey; and her siblings, Peggy Walters, Jo McGough and Braxton Merrill Causey.
She is survived by: her children, Catherine Day Moon, Gail Brown (Russell), Cynthia Kiser and Susan Day Raney (Larry); and her siblings, Caroline Reynolds, Aaron Causey Jr. (Cecelia) and DeLois Johnston. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the White Chapel-Greenwood (909 Lincoln Rd, Montgomery, AL 36109). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
