The lying in state will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Phillips-Riley Funeral Home Chapel (2284 W Fairview Ave, Montgomery, AL 36108). A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Woodley Memorial Gardens (4410 Woodley Rd, Montgomery, AL 36116). Social Distancing Practices will be observed during the visitation and services.
