He was predeceased by: his wife Wanda Greene; his brother Jimmy Greene; and his nephew Michael Greene. He is survived by: his son Jeffrey Greene (Tina); his granddaughter Alexandria; his brother David Greene (Kathy); his sister-in-law Marsha Greene; and his nephews, James Greene (Valorie), Johnathan Greene (Jessica), Adam Greene (Brittany) and Stephen Greene (Emily).
