She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Honesty and Mary Etta Nokes Honesty; her husband William Fann; and her sons, Zachary Fann, Vittorio Fann and William Fann, Jr..

She is survived by: her daughters-in-law, Diane Fann and O. K. Fann. She is also survived by great grandchildren & great great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorilas may be made to educational fund in her memory at Emanon Group, P.O. Box 1416, Wetumpka, AL 36092 in her memory.

“In the attached photo, you see several of Daisy's former colleagues, and me as principal (dark suit). We were celebrating the 40th Anniversary of the S John Davis Career Center School. Daisy was the founding Culinary Services Teacher of our groundbreaking school serving Fairfax County VA Public Schools county-wide disabled populations aged 16-22 ys old.. To this day, Daisy's curriculum continues to serve as the structure for services across the county's schools and private citizens. D.Temple .”
