He was predeceased by: his mother Rebecca Brown Maxwell. He is survived by: his wife Mary Kay McCord-Maxwell; his children, Taylor Whayne Maxwell (Jennifer) and Rebecca White; his sister Christy Ezell (Nolan); and his grandchildren, Savanna Maxwell, Declan Maxwell and Vaida Maxwell.
