He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Custard Berger; his daughters, Casey Berger (Brandon Sychla) and Kelsey (James Jewell); his grandchildren, Junah, Carter, Cody and Tatum; and his sisters, Debbie Schneider and Bridget Wood. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
