She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr Randolph Penton, Jr. and Jean Ann Evans Penton; her sister Marianne Penton Clements; and her uncle Dr George Blue Penton. She is survived by: her husband Dr Jeff Lawrence; her children, Wayne Goff (Nichole), Erin Lawrence Spellman and Brandon Lawrence (Emily); her grandchildren, Hayden, Avery, Shepherd and Willie Jo; her aunt Pat Penton; her brother-in-law Albert Lawrence (Jan); and her nephews, Kirby Clements, John Clements (Kellie), William Lawrence (Jessa) and Charles Lawrence (Jovie).
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 12:30 PM and at 2:00 PM at the Leak Memory Chapel (945 Lincoln Rd, Montgomery, AL 36109).
