She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Litaker and Bessie Prickett Litaker; and her sisters, Margaret Sansom and Martha Litaker. She is survived by: her husband Alvin L. Headley; her children, Nathan A. Headley, James Nolan Headley (Tammy), Gary R. Headley (Julie) and Kathy Headley Ward (Kenny); and her brother Tommy Litaker (Joey). She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren & 15 Great-Grandchildren.
