She was predeceased by: her parents, Glyn Crouch (Emma Jean Vaughn) and Cynthia Crouch; and her pets, Goofy, Willie, Sophie, Serg and Sam.
She is survived by: her significant other Cindy Crouch; her brother Randy; her sister-in-law Martha Vaughn; her nieces, Jennifer Vaughn, Miranda Lamb and Nicole Smith; her nephew Jason Clark; her niece Isabella Gracelynn Crouch; her pets, Roscoe and Addison; and also Tommie Lynn Crouch.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to either the Dr. Susan Vaughn Scholarship Foundation at University of Montevallo Station 6215 Montevallo, AL 35115 or to St. Andrew's Episcopal Church at 925 Plowman Street Montevallo, AL 35115.
