She was predeceased by: her husband Howard Harkins; her parents, Flora Boothe and Cecil Boothe; and her sister Janice Goggins (Lewis). She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Lucas (Roy) and Rachel Jarrett (John); her grandchildren, Cheryl Tipton (Ryan), Emily Gardiner (Jeremy) and Alex Jarrett; her great grandchild Case Gardiner; and her siblings, Jeanette Allen, Dottie Houlditch and James Ray Boothe (Gail).
