She is survived by: her husband Gene Harper Polk, Sr. of Montevallo; her daughters, Betty Gene Nord (Rick) of Clanton and Kathy Jo Polk of Montevallo; her stepsons, Gene H. Polk, Jr. of Montevallo, Roger D. Polk of Jemison, David E. Polk (Tina) of Dora and Randy W. Polk (Vickie) of Brierfield; her siblings, John I. Lemley (Jane) of Atlanta, GA, Andy Lemley of Calera, Twan Stacy of Centreville and Judy Hammett (Tom) of Montevallo; her siblings-in-law, Betty P. McNeel of Alabaster and Michael J. Polk of Montevallo; and her niece Shirley P. Phillips of Calera. She is also survived by 14 Grandchildren; 23 Great Grandchildren.
