He is survived by: his children, Melvin, Booth, Jr. (Jennifer) and Margie Rasberry (Jeff); his grandchildren, Wesley Hicks, Cynthia Koons (Jason), Blythe Crane (Brad) and Chelsea Moore (Matt); his great grandchildren, Kaylee Koons, Kyle Koons, Naomi Koons, Sophia Moore and Ethan Moore; and the mother of his children Linda Booth.
