He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Milhoan and Juanita Milhoan; and his brother Paul Milhoan, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife JoAnne "Jody" Milhoan; his daughter Kristen Pack (Matthew); his grandchildren, Noah, Hannah, Adam and Julia; his daughter Brittany Johnson (Ben); his grandchild Everleigh; and his sister Rebecca "Becky" Spicer (Jack). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
