He is survived by: his parents, Toya Renee Ford and James Houston McDade, Jr. of Alabaster, AL; his brothers, Joshua McDade of Calera, AL, Jayden McDade and JaMarcus McDade of Alabaster, AL; his grandmothers, Marcia Dianne Ford of Calera, AL and Wanda Faye McDade of Carrolton; and his aunt LaJuana McDade O'Connor (Shannon) of Carrolton. He is also survived by great-aunts, great-uncles, cousins and family friends.
