He was predeceased by: his parents, William McCartney and Cordelia Newman McCartney; and his siblings, Frank McCartney, Earl McCartney, Billy Wayne McCartney and Norma McCartney.
He is survived by: his wife Tina Wallace; and his siblings, Sandra Brewer, Owen McCartney and Henry McCartney.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 6:00 PM.
