He was predeceased by: his parents, James Perkins and Elease Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Crissy D. Perkins; his children, Logan Perkins, Camran Perkins, Jacob Carter, Elonica Tanner (Nick), Danielle Perkins, Lauren Perkins and Tiffany Carter; his siblings, Marilyn Wadsworth and Rick Perkins (Dene); and his nieces and nephews, Bryan, Jeff Perkins, Denise Trimm, Ginger Manakides and Gregory Wadsworth. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
