He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia Winters Moore; and his siblings, Tommie Moore, Willie James Moore, John Moore, Rosia Lee, Emma Mae, Aalvenia Elizabeth and Moore Paschel (Natha Lee Moore).
He is survived by: his children, Lakesha Perry (Derwin), LaMardra Juliana (Indjomour), Asheville Moore, Christopher Winters (Cornelius) and John Winters (Shawan); his brother Daniel Moore (Polly); and his niece Lisa Peoples. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren.
