She was predeceased by: her husband Charles B. Pirtle; her son Roy W. Pirtle; and her brother Charles Pilkington. She is survived by: her daughters, Angela Mize (Lynn), LaDonna Lovejoy (Terry), Cynthia Bixby (Robert) and Joy Lucas (Ronny); her siblings, Syble Pittard (Joe), Kay Plott, Gail Pilkington, Robert Pilkington and Ricky Reed (Lynn); her grandchildren, Tonya Everett, Kelli Jackson (Bill), Melissa Herndon (Greg), Ashley Williams, Bruce Lovejoy and Clint Lucas (Rebecca); and her great grandchildren, Kimani Everett, Timothy White, Cheyenne Lawson and Savannah Simson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
