She was predeceased by: her parents, Louise Franklin and Edward Locke; her husband Paul R. Burnette; her siblings, Sue Jasper and Ronald Franklin; her grandfathers, Oscar Emory (Mamie) and Dr. Edward Locke (Ivalee); and her stepson Douglas Burnette.
She is survived by: her children, William Switzer (Ruby) and Paula Burnette; her grandchildren, Ashley Livers (Paul) and Michael Burnette (Michelle); her brothers, Edward Locke (Jane) and Donald Franklin (Jan); her daughter-in-law Elaine Feese; her siblings-in-law, Hilda Franklin and John Jasper; and her stepson Chris Burnette. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other loved family members.
