With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William O'Gwynn (Monroeville, Alabama), born in Lenox, Alabama, who passed away on January 20, 2019 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Bowen O'Gwynn and Sallie Mae Howington O'Gwynn; his stepfather Arthur Nations; and his half-sister Flora Marie Nations Armstrong. He is survived by: his spouse Judith Carter O'Gwynn; and his son William Matthew O'Gwynn. He is also survived by numerous cousins, sisters-in-law, numerous nephews, nieces and grand nephews and grand nieces.
Burial will be Thursday, January 24, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at Brushy Creek Cemetery in Lenox, AL In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to your charity of choice or the Methodist's Children's Home.
