He is survived by: his wife Donna Brooks Fleming; his sons, Timothy Miller Kilpatrick and William Elijah Fleming; his parents, William Stuart Fleming and Sheila Rippey Fleming; his sister Jennifer Fleming Franks (Michael); his nephews, Michael Alan Franks, III and William Christopher Franks; his brother-in-law James Carlton Brooks, Jr. (Sharon); his nieces, Christi Wiggins (Ron), Jennifer Thorpe (Brian) and Whitney Carr (Conley); his nephew Preston James Brooks (P. J.); his uncles, James Miles Rippey, Jr. (Shannon) and George Garfield Fleming; and his aunt Geraldine Howard Fleming (Jimmy).
