He was predeceased by: his father Hybart Hayes; his son Timothy Monroe Hayes, Jr.; his brother Eddie Burkett; and his nephew Jonathan Burkett. He is survived by: his mother Betty Reid; his granddaughter Madison Hayes; his sister Viola Janet Burkett; his sister-in-law Connie Burkett; the mother of his child Brandy Lynam; his nieces, Tiffany Asberry (Matthew) and Jennifer Gates (Chris); his nephew Eddie Shelby; and his friend Felicia Johnson. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Monroe Chapel Funeral Home (2252 US-84, Frisco City, AL 36445). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
