He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lowery, Sr. and Evelyn Jaye Lowery; and his sister Ann Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Karen Lowery of Monroeville; his children, Thomas Lowery, Jr. (Mary Ann) of Bay Minette, Michael Lowery of Monroeville, Jason Lowery of Monroeville, Travis Lowery (Crystal) of Monroeville, Tracy Lowery of Monroeville, Brentley Lowery of Monroeville and Dana Gibson (Adam) of Uriah; his brother Robert Lowery, Jr. (Sandy) of Peterman; and his grandchildren, Corey Stokes, Audrey Campbell, Alexis Gibson, McKinley Smith, Tanner Wiggins, Britton Lefferts, Jayden Lowery, Isabella Booker, Hannah McGougin, Lisa Sharpe and Tabatha Johnson. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
