She was predeceased by: her parents, Herndon Rankins and Hilma Rankins. She is survived by: her husband Larry Bivins of Monroeville, AL; her children, Kevin Garnetto (Chandra) of Pensacola, FL, Daniel Grace (Tiffany) of Frisco City, AL and Tonya Garnetto of Pensacola, FL; her stepchildren, Jennifer Bivins of Evergreen, Priscilla Bivins of Pensacola, FL and Larry Bivins (Amanda) of Frisco City, AL; and her siblings, Willie Rankins of Mexia, AL, Frank Rankins of Lawton, OK, Walter Rankins (Maggie) of Peterman, AL and Linda Bivins of Monroeville, AL. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, two great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other loved relatives and many friends.
