She was predeceased by: her husband LeRoy Adam Ackerman; her parents, D. J. Scott and Lucy Moore Scott; her sons, Nicklaus Dewayne Ackerman and LeRoy DeWitt Ackerman; and her sister Pat Fountain.
She is survived by: her sons, Ken Ackerman of Pensacola, Fla. and Matthew Ackerman (Desha) of Frisco City; her brothers, Terry Scott of Jacksonville, Fla. and Gary Scott of South Carolina; her grandchildren, Jason Ackerman, Shannan Blanton (Jonathan), Bridget Smith (Tyler), Macaulay Chancellor (Shelby), Christian Ackerman and Hank Ackerman; and her great grandchildren, Addison Blanton, Jace Blanton, Brynn Blanton, Lily Sessions and Piper Smith.
