He was predeceased by: his parents, David Pitts Holley and Wanda Register Holley. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Geiger Holley; his children, Kimberly Holley Felts (Marty), Jeffrey Holley (Laura), Caroline Holley Schultz (Brandon) and Jason Holley (Kari); his grandchildren, Hudson, Gavin, Jay, Reagan, Josh, Eliana, Maddie, Sarah Paige, Lauren, Copeland, Jack, Margaret Brennan, Crawford, John Wesley and Cartwright; and his brothers, Wayne Holley and Keith Holley.
