He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Gordon Fowler and Peggy Marine Gibson Fowler; his son Harvey Gordon Fowler, Jr.; his brothers, Pat Fowler and Tim Fowler; and his brother-in-law Jeremy Raybon.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Fowler of Libby, Montana; his children, Bobo Fowler (Shellie) of Winston-Salem, Sean Bayles of Salisbury and Jennifer Fowler Hayward (Ashley) of Bay Minette, Alabama; his sister Tammy Fowler Raybon of Monroeville; his grandchildren, Tristan Fowler (Kathy), Cullen Hayward, Beau Hayward, Emma Fowler, Alli Fowler, Jeremy Fowler, Sage Fowler, Marleigh Fowler, Levi Votee, Madison Taylor and Delanie Taylor; and his great grandchildren, Hayden and Lauxus Fowler.
