She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse E. Brooks and Audrey Brooks. She is survived by: her husband Reginald Waters of Monroeville; and her children, Tim Waters (Amber) of Monroeville and Tammy Andrews of Monroeville. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Excel Assembly of God Church (1014 AL-136, Monroeville, AL 36460). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
