She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Georgia and David Cashill; her great-grandparents, Walter James Ambrose, Mary Richards Whitsett and Preston Whitsett; her aunt Sharon Ambrose; and her cousin Miracle Day.

She is survived by: her parents, Brittney Day and Zachary Day; her brother Zachary "Dos" Day, Jr.; her grandparents, Lethonta, William "Bill" Whitsett, Sr., Leslie, Bryan Irvin and Rodger Day; her great-grandparents, Joyce Pruett, Rhodia Griffin, Martin "Sonny" Emerson (Kathryn) and Barbara Irvin; her aunts and uncles, Kenneth Ambrose, William "Bill" Whitsett, II, Dr. Sheila Washington, April Whitsett, Melissa Whitsett, Melissa Day and Latrica Irvin; and her cousins, Dr. Shakayln Ambrose, Kenneth Washington, Sydney Washington, Destiny Robinson, Kayleigh Irvin, Riley Irvin, Micah Day and Mia Day. She is also survived by great aunts, great uncles, and additional cousins.
