William Swan Yerger Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 1, 2024, at the age of 92, William Swan Yerger of Mobile, Alabama, born in Jackson, Mississippi passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of William Swan Yerger to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his grandfather Swan. He is survived by: his parents, Rivers Applewhite Yerger and Wirt Adams Yerger; his wife Gingia Yerger; his daughters, Virginia Yerger Avisto and Rivers Yerger Puckett; his son-in-law Todd Puckett; and his grandchildren, Palmer Avisto, Harrison Avisto, Rivers Puckett, Mary Hastings Puckett, Carolina Puckett and Todd Puckett, Jr.. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren as well as his parents, siblings, and friends.

Memorial donations be made to either the University of Mississippi Libraries or The Fairhope Public Library, both close to Swan's heart.
