She was predeceased by: her husband George Michael Forwood, Jr. (Mike); her parents, William Eugene Bazzel (Billy) and Glenda Blake Bazzel; and her sister Brenda Gay Bazzel. She is survived by: her sons, George Michael Forwood, III (Angela), Christopher William Forwood, Austin Blake Forwood (Sarah) and Patrick Jordan Forwood (Ebie); her grandchildren, Elodie, Samuel, Elijah, Jonah, Wilson and Sally; and her sister Kimberly Bazzel Ryland (Earl). She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nephews, cousins, and friends.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the American Cancer Society or Alzheimer's Association.
