She is survived by: her father Dr. Irving Koffler; her brother Dr. Warren Koffler (Kaye); her nieces, Lauren Denton (Matt) and Alyssa Russell; her nephew Jake Koffler (Leigh); her great-nieces, Kate, Sela Denton and Ellie Koffler; and her great-nephew Pearce Koffler. She is also survived by cousins and many close friends.

Memorial donations in Susan's memory may be given to Augusta Evans School.
