He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Heaton and Margaret Heaton; and his siblings, Cecil Roy Heaton, Linda Driskell and Kathy Downey.
He is survived by: his wife Wendy Heaton; his children, Jennifer Bonifas (Bridgette) and Robert Heaton; and his siblings, Bonnie Platt and Kenny Heaton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and other relatives.
