He is survived by: his wife Claudia Packer; his children, Tawanna Packer and Lesell Packer (Kessa); his stepdaughter Tina James (Cedric); his sisters, Gennetta Jones, Gustavia Packer and Deborah Packer Robinson (Timothy); his caregiver Charles Packer; his nieces and nephews, Katelyn Simone Rice, Chauncey Maxwell Rice, Chandler Marcellus Rice, Roderick Jones and Andrew Jones; and his friend Jerome Pickett. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
