Though Roberta Lee has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Byron Dowdle and Etha Mae Dowdle; her husband McKenzie R. "Mac" Griffis; and her daughter Brenda Diane May. She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia L. Holder; her son-in-law Robbie L. May; and her grandchildren, Thomas M May (Cathy), Kellie L Russell (Gregory), Jonathan W. May, Jacob A May-Smith, Nicholas G. Wiggins (Isabel) and Evan M. Wiggins. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Pine Crest Funeral Home (1939 Dauphin Island Pkwy, Mobile, AL 36605, USA). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Pine Crest Cemetery (1939 Dauphin Island Pkwy, Mobile, AL 36605).
