He is survived by: his wife Toni Dodson Francis; his children, Tina Waltman, Charles Stevens, Derick Stevens, Timothy Stevens and Tabitha Arthers; his grandchildren, Dylan Arthers, Alina Arthers, Damien Stevens, Corey Hollingsworth, Dallas Waltman, Chantz Stevens and Chelsea Stevens; his stepfather Daryl Lee; and his siblings, Rusty C. Francis and Sherry Irby. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
