He is survived by: his wife Susan Dismuke; his daughters, Christina Roberts, Jennifer Whatley and Rebecca Green (Matt); his grandchildren, Alyssa Keith, Ardist Johnson, Lindsay Johnson, Cole Miller and Chase Miller; and his great grandchild Thomas Thompson.
