He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Davis Shaw, Sr. and Elizabeth Shaw. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Pratt Shaw; his daughter Melissa Shaw Rivera (Pedro); his grandchildren, Christina Hippensteel and Enoch Hippensteel; his siblings, Sarah Ashcraft (Larry), Jimmie Shaw (Rondia Doty Shaw) and Gene Shaw; and his nieces and nephews, Shelley Shaw Charlton (Pete), Connie Shaw, Barbara Bishop (Dan), Brandon Shaw and Joseph Winstead. He is also survived by many cousins, great nieces and nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be offered to Kathy's cross country move to Colorado to live with her daughter @ Venmo @ Melissa-Shaw-Rivera.
