Stubbs III, Donald A. "Bud" Urquhart IV, Jackson U. Stubbs, Katherine J. Stubbs and Jacqueline A. Stubbs; and her caregivers, Ruth Scoggin, Ginny Kotowske, Brenda Hurd, Courtney Nix and Elysabeth Holland.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Wilmer Hall, The Joseph Project at Ashland Place United Methodist Church or your charity of choice.
